She is an experienced investment management and regulatory compliance attorney, risk management executive, business adviser, and entrepreneur. Previously, as the Founder and CEO of Atlantia Advisers, a New York City-based strategic advisory, regulatory compliance, and risk management boutique, Antonia advised innovative and disruptive technology firms that utilize distributed ledger/blockchain, digital assets and smart contracts and provided strategic, regulatory and transactional advice on matters related to corporate and securities law, regulatory frameworks in the US and foreign jurisdictions, the New York BitLicense, digital exchanges licensing requirements, as well as C-suite advisory solutions.
Earlier in her career, Antonia held legal and compliance roles at global multinationals as well as entrepreneurial firms, including Morgan Stanley, KPMG and Focus Financial Partners.
Passionate about FinTech, Antonia is a thought leader and frequently writes, speaks, and presents on the blockchain, digital assets, and FinTech topics, as well as cybersecurity and privacy, and teaches continuing legal education courses. She is a member of the Legal Working Group of the Wall Street Blockchain Alliance.
